I have curly hair..help please?

i want my hair to grow and it takes so long to grow even one inch...what can i do....i do not blow dry or iron my hair very often. but it has been dyed.....help me help my hair growI have curly hair..help please?

If your not using heat, than theres a reason your hairs not growing.





1) You may be in a non growing phase. This happens a couple times a year...





2) Nutrition is huge. Start taking a hair vitamin. Chances are your lacking in something which is stallling your growth.
