Curly Hair Help????????????????????

I have EXTREMELY curly hair (natural) with really tight curls.

When i shower i don't wash it everyday or else it will dry out, i use leave i conditioner, i wrap my hair in a towel when i get out of the shower to prevent frizz and then i gel it and use hairspray when it is damp. it normally looks okay, but it is sort of hard, you know what happens when you use a lot of gel or hairspray?

well, i wanted to know what i could do so my hair would be softer, yet still not be big?

because i don't like the volume look with curly hair and i would prefer for it to be flatter, since i think it looks better, so what could i do so my hair has less volume?

also, what are some different things i could do with my hair? since i think it looks really boring since i do the same thing everyday.

it looks REALLY bad pulled back, so that's not an option.Curly Hair Help????????????????????
Why don't you try flatting your hair?Curly Hair Help????????????????????
I would try conditioner without protein or natural extracts. The reason being is because they just make hair frizz and don't help curly hair

One way get hair softener is hair serum = CHI Silk Infusions is good one.

I would save the hair spray and styling gel for finishing and using less of product.

How to remove to some of the volume

with flat iron or blow dryer with round roller brush
My haair is the exact same way!! i started straightening mine but if you dont want to just use garnier fructis sleek and shine conditioner( even though its not leave in) It really works well.
Check out NaturallyCurly.com %26amp; their messages boards. You may want to consider going CG (Curly Girl), which is based on a book.

1) Stop using shampoo with harsh sulfate detergents (drys out hair too much)

2) Stop using conditioners w%26amp; styling products with silicones (not water soluble and need sulfate to be removed, and creates viscous cycle)

3) Don't dry with a terry cloth towel, it causes frizz. Instead dry with something like a flour sack towel, or even a t-shirt.

4) When using gel, do not touch your hair until it is dry. Once it is dry you can SCRUNCH OUT THE CRUNCH.

Definitely check out the links below.
Well if you want less volume, you can always straighten it?

But honestly, I think that people should emphasize the hair type they have.

Since you have curly hair, why not leave your hair in big hair curls over night? It will minimize the tightness of your curls, giving it that messy look. And then if you want, you can do a half-pony tail, or a cute up-do like this: http://celebhairstyle.files.wordpress.co .

Use headbands, sparkly hair clips, and barrettes in your hair.

';Garnier brilliant shine'; spray makes your hair look less dried out and silky.

If you try some of these tips, I'm sure you'll be more satisfied with your curly hair. :)
