Eat more protein. Hair is made of protein so people who eat a lot of protein tend to have better hair.

If you are talking about just regular conditioning. I wouldn't. Here's my reason why, I, too have really really curly hair and it looks BETTER the day AFTER I wash it. So wash your hair about every two days unless it's hot where you are. Then you don't have much choice BUT to do it everyday.

If you are talking about deep conditioning then you should do 1-3 times a week. 3 being the absolute MAX. Start off with 2 then see whether you should go more or less.

You can always get extensions if you want really really long curly hair. BUT if you just want long hair STRAIGHTEN your curls! Your hair will be A LOT longer when straightened then curly. Also, if you do grow it out long your really really curly will probably become just curly or wavy due to the weight of really long hair. That's what happened to me and personally I love the waves! =)
yes condition ur hair each day!!!!! And i would suggest burts bees hair shampoo and conditioner it helps ur hair grow
YES condition your hair

but go to your hair stylis

and tell them to thin your

hair out with a razor, and

it will grow trust me!

i've done this all last week!!
yes condition everyday cuz people with curly hair tend to get split ends faster which id blah! Fish oil, protien, and lots water will help your grow fast :D fish oil is really good :) plus its really good for your skin and weight :)
Conditioning your hair is very important. At the same time, you don't want to over condition, because then your hair will feel weighed down. Focus on conditioning the ends only, not your scalp. Infusium has a great leave-in conditioner that comes in different formulas and is really inexpensive. You can get Infusium at Walgreens or any drugstore. Also, take a good multivitamin with biotin, which strengthens hair. I have very curly hair, and I'm growing it out too. It has taken so long to grow, and you just have to be really patient. Another thing that helped me was: braiding. I braid my hair every night, and don't wash your hair too often, as it's too drying. I usually just condition my hair when I'm in the shower, and wash it once a week. Make sure you get your hair trimmed as well, so the dry ends are taken off. It will take some time, but you'll get there! Just be patient :)
