So I have naturally curly hair that I strighten every day.
I have a chi Straightener and I use hair serum as well as Bead ZHead after party to give it a shiny soft silky look.
My naturally curly hair is even more curly because of all my layers.
So when it air-dries it is a mess frizzy, dry, and messy birds nest curly hair.
I get tired of striaghteneing it every day for it takes time and patience wich I dont really have. I want a product that will make my hair have beautiful bouncy shiny curls though I need help.
So I was wondering if I use a curler shampoo will it work better for my hair.
I am looking at options

If you want to run out and pick products up locally, I recommend trying the following:
- Drugstore: L'oreal out of bed weightless texturizer (black tub, use under gel), LA Looks or Herbal essences gels, Suave naturals or vo5 conditioners, L'oreal vive pro hydra gloss or nutri gloss for curly hair, red Cream of Nature shampoo
- Organic/specialty store (like whole foods): Giovanni Direct Leave in condish, G conditioners, G tea tree shampoo, Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose or White Camellia Conditioners, AO B-5 Design gel
- ULTA: Devacurl products, Biosilk rock hard gelee, MOP-c curl defining cream (They also carry drugstore products and giovanni.)
These are all good things I have used, but be sure to tinker around with amounts and how you use any products. For hair type specific products check out these forums:

There you can find others with the same hair type and try out some of their favorite products. However, the most popular ones are usually only available online.
Here are some basic tips for curly hair that you might find helpful:
*Try to find a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair. You can find reviews by region here: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlsalons
*Don't shampoo every day.
*Comb conditioner through hair in the shower.
*Apply styling products to dripping wet hair. Scrunch or twirl hair to achieve desired shape.
*Use styling products suited for your hair type. Don鈥檛 know yours? http://www.naturallycurly.com/hair-types
*Avoid terrycloth towels on hair; use linen, paper towels, or t-shirts instead.
*Air dry or use a diffuser with your blowdryer.
*Don't touch (or brush!) your hair while it鈥檚 drying.
*Once completely dry scrunch out any crunchy texture.
Lastly, it has made my hair so much better since I started the curly girl method! I used to almost never wear it down (it was a frizz/poof ball), but now I have pretty, shiny curls. ~:) It鈥檚 pretty radical鈥攏o sulfates (shampoo) or silicones鈥攂ut it鈥檚 so great for curly hair. I also have naturally curly hair. You should use Pantene curls mousse. It works very well!
Ok. I feel your pain. After years of fighting curls and straightening it everyday. I finally just gave in. I like to use heavy conditioners on my hair just because curly hair is very dry and it needs alot of moisture for it to calm down. Also washing your hair everyday can increase the friziness just because it basically doesn't allow your hair to soak up all the natural oils it needs. My stylist told me to wash my hair like 2 times a week. I know it sounds gross. But our hair doesn't get all nasty and oily like most peoples hair does. So try the shampoo. And if you want to wear your curls. I will let mine dry and go over them with a curling iron. To make them more defined. And it looks awesome. I always get compliments on it. Also putting layer in your hair does make it curlier. That's what I do but I like my hair. Also sorry I could go on and on. When you wash your hair don 't ball it all together and lather it up. Just start at the scalp and go all the ways to the ends like you are smoothing it out. This help your hair not to frizz. And when you get out do the towel the same way. Just just squeeze your hair in a downward motion. And that should also cause less frizz. Spray in some leave in conditioner. Because again. Your hair needs all the moisture it can soak up. Hope this helps.
I use the Matrix curl line. But Garnier Fructis curl line is great, too.
However, the MOST important thing I do is use a leave-in conditioner. I also use a curl cream (both are garnier fructis), NOT mouse or gel. Mouse drys my hair out, and gel gives is a trashy wet look.
Also, if I'm going to wear it curly, I don't brush it at all after I get out of the shower. I might finger comb it, but that's it. My hair is pretty long, and this all works for me!
If you want to blow dry it, get a diffuser, flip your head oer, and scrunch and dry!
