So, you know how to make it not frizz, but you are wanting a different type of curl?

You can use the perm chemicals that people use to make it curly but use it to straighten your hair a little. Also/or, you can use the size rollers that will give you the pattern that Ashley has. But, just to try it out, go to the salon and have it rolled and set to that style.

Just like you can straighen your hair (even though it is curly), you will have to curl it to change the look.

I dont know if you have been to this site, but it is pretty cool

You would have to straighten it first, then curl sections individually with a curling iron.

Use about 1 inch sections of hair, and curl them in a spiral from the base closest to the handle of the curling iron, and spiral toward the tip. Experiment with different sizes of curling irons to get the look you want.
You should go to your beauty salon and ask them if they have any gel that u use to tame curls my friends hair is just like that and she has really not flattened but controlled her curls so i just wanted u 2 no something like that exists if u want to call around local stores 2 find it. I cant imagine it being to incredibly expensive. Hope that helps good luck!
Mine is like this , I tryed just leaving it dry naturally and not tied up and it sort of worked. I generally tie it up and leave it, but most of the time try and straighten it. But even then it curls as the day go's on.
Go to a hair salon and talk to a hair stylist about it. But make sure you go to a really good salon. Not a $10 hair salon.
