Straight to curly hair help?

hey are there like any good gels or creams or stuff that i can get from like walmart that will scrunch/curl my normally straight hair w/out using a curling iron?? thanks!Straight to curly hair help?

its not really a gel but it is more of a hairspray that helps u make ur hair curly!!





it is called tresse'me curl activator...





this is how u use it!!





1. start with dry hair and apply tresse'me thermal creations curl activator liberally. brush through for even distrobution.





2. using a curling iron ( size of ur choice) , curl hair in vertical sections





3. with ur fingers break up curls and form to ur liking./





4. apply anti frizz smoothing creme ( by tresseme) for a smooth , frizz free finish

try getting some of those hairapy gel conditioner things.....i use the green one and it works well if i want to curl or straighten my hair, it kind of holds the style in. it brings out the waves in hair, and if you use a small round brush(the cylinder-type ones) after, or curlers, it will hold them in. but make sure you don't use too much, or else it will make your hair greasy...and unless you want dead straight hair, don't brush it through, it makes your brush gross too. try braiding your hair before you sleep, your hair won't be as tangly in the morning and after about a week of doing this, your hair will be wavier. the gel cream stuff holds the waves in for longer than if you just left them alone, and it makes the colour of your hair stand out. hope this helps ^_^
I have used a lot of these gels from Paul Mitchell to Redken etc etc.. to naturally curl/scrunch my hair but believe me the end result simply makes them look untidy. if u really need good curls then you will need to use a curling iron otherwise these gels just make your hair look fluffy than curly.

flip ur head upside down and diffuse with ur blowdryer - while ur doing that use ur hands to scrunch hair upwards


flip over and ur hair sould look great with volume:)


thats for a more natural curly/wavy look


but if u want perfect spiral curls - ur gonna have to bust out the curling iron lol


btw... this method works gr8 for me because my hair isnt perfectly straight it has natural waves
