i have natural curly hair, but because its too thin i cant have layers. what can i do with it to make it look nice!?Curly hair help please?
Just wear it naturally! :)
Here are some basic tips for curly hair that you might find helpful:
*Try to find a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair. A great tool for finding curly stylists in your area: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlsalons
*Don't shampoo every day.
*Comb conditioner through hair in the shower.
*Apply styling products to dripping wet hair. Scrunch or twirl hair to achieve desired shape.
*Use styling products suited for your hair type. Don鈥檛 know yours? http://www.naturallycurly.com/hair-types
*Avoid terrycloth towels on hair; use linen, paper towels, or t-shirts instead.
*Air dry or use a diffuser with your blowdryer.
*Don't touch (or brush!) your hair while it鈥檚 drying.
*Once completely dry scrunch out any crunchy texture.
For hair type specific products check out these forums:

There you can find others with the same hair type and try out some of their favorite products. I would recommend something, but I don鈥檛 know your hair type. :)
Lastly, it has made my hair so much better since I started the curly girl method! I used to almost never wear it down (it was a frizz/poof ball), but now I have pretty, shiny curls. ~:) It鈥檚 pretty radical鈥攏o sulfates (shampoo) or silicones鈥攂ut it鈥檚 so great for curly hair. i have realllly curly hair too and layers are a good idea for thick hair, but if your hair is really thin, like you said, then you should you garnier fructis sleek and shine hair products: shampoo, conditioner, and use SUNSILK smoothing milk for curly hair. this works REALLY WELL and keeps your hair looking free, full, and under control.
you can buy them at giant eagle or any drugstore probably.
My hair is extremely curly. Cut your hair in a shoulder length-bob-. It will be easier to manage and easier to style-You will have more confidence because it will be a nice look for you too. Try not to comb your hair, but only once after it dries for all day. This will control the frizz.-Limit the proucts you put in your hair.Small amounts. Ausie Freeze is wonderful for hair spray. Good-Luck!! Do not get it streightened it will dry it out extremly. Use hydrating products only-Curley hair is flat hair it dries out easily.
you could pull it up into a messy bun and leave somme out in the front, you could just use somme mousse and clip back a little I realy dont know. somme times if you look on you tube under hair styles you can find videos on how to do some pretty neat hair styles like that one kelly klarkson has in her music video or so I am told . give it a try.
hope this helped
people who just answered...did she not say she doesn't have time to straighten it! jeeeeezz
TIGI bedhead is a great product. you can use control freak (shampoo, conditioner, cerum) to make it more straight.
you can use mousse to make it nicely curly from bedhead too. check their website there's lots of great product that you can put in place of your regular hair care.

I have curly hair too and what I do is whilst it is still wet, I put hair mousse on it and it gives it a really nice bounce
P.S. Use a decent brand of hair mousse e.g. not tesco or asda brand
first straighten it then curl your hair up then put hairspray so it will hold.
you can mouse it after you take a shower it gives it the wet look%26lt;%26gt;or put it half up and down%26lt;
scrunch it once in a while or straighten it...make sure u use volumizing shampoo and volumizing spray. Best brands are toni%26amp;guy and bedhead.
straighten your hair and then curl it with a curling iron.
After your done put hairspray so your curls will hold.
Straighten it and then curl it.
put it up if you have natural thin hair it's great for putting up in a pony tail. Good Luck!!
use moose and hair mold by bedhead
