Curly hair help please?

my hair is thick and wavy and i normally straighten it but I have decided to try to embrace the wave/volume lol by trying some curls. I don't have a clue however. I have curling irons but they are thin and to curl all my hair would take two people and a whole day cos there's so much.

The look I am after is spiral curls which are pretty loose and shiny and sleek looking, not the messy look.

Any tips please and rough time scales as well

What you should do is blow dry your hair. That will get it sort of straight, because it's easier when it's straighter. Then you probably should get a medium size or large barrel curling iron and curl your hair by holding the iron vertical. You don't have to curl it all the way up to your scalp though. Just do it like halfway, then that saves time. And, if you have long hair, cutting it save a whole lot of time, too.Curly hair help please?
First go to a hairdresser and have a consultation with them . My suggestion for your type of hair would be to have it cut and layered before having the spiral perm.
