Curly hair girls-do you use blow dryer if what which kind?

I am thinking about buying a blow dryer- either chi pro or sedu ultrapower. I've read the reviews and sedu seems to have better reviews. I want my hair to remain curly but not frizzy but also have option of blowing it straight if i want to. What kind of blow dryer do you have and how well does it work? I have curly hair and the hairdresser usually uses a 'diffuser' on my hair to dry it so that it remains curly but still not frizzy. I have heard they are pretty cheap so maybe invest in this for curly hair and then buy a separate one for straight hair?

I have the helen of troy blow dryer with the Revlon universal defuser. A defuser is a must. I also use Deva Curl. It works really well. I buy my stuff at ulta.t
