Whats the best shampoo/conditioner for curly hair? HELP!?

everytime i use shampoo or conditioner, nothing seems to work right.


i have curly hair, sooo i can only brush my hair in the shower,


but im always ripping sooo much of my hair out,


cuz nothing really works to make it unruly and untangled.


and i swim, sooo its even harder to brush out.





suggestions??

I use matrix, I also have thick, curly hair and it works well although it can be expensive.Whats the best shampoo/conditioner for curly hair? HELP!?
what i do is i use loreal paris and after my shower i put it in a bun and in the morning when it is all dry and then i take the bun out and i get curly hair.
thressame pro hair care- curly hair , they have a whole hair line , gel, mossuse ect. hope it helps
