For those of you who have curly hair, help please?

I have really long curly hair that goes up to my waist, but it's also really frizzy and POUFFY (the worst possible combo)!! I use gel but within a half hour it's a balloon and a frizzy mane around my head. Maybe I'm not using the right type of products so for those of you who have curly hair suggestions please? For those of you who have curly hair, help please?
i have the same type of hair. because it's long, we have to use a bit more product than others. make sure you've brushed your hair in the shower because you are not doing it when you get out. also, no shampooing everyday. try for 3 times a week or less.

apply some frizz serum to your hair. most people use three drops, but i say, try six. rub your hands together and lightly comb your fingers through your hair. then apply the rest, still lightly. if you dont go lightly, you get more product on one part of your head and not the rest.

the next step is mousse: try for a golf ball and a half sized dollop. again distribute lightly, but, while your head is facing down and your hair is towards the floor. then, scrunch. do the same with a little bit of styling gel.

after, clip your hair up in a messy bun and either get ready for school, or go to bed. i shower at night so i just go to bed.

in the morning, or after you're done getting ready and your hair is somewhat dry, spray in some spray gel. if you cant find any spray gel, use hairspray.

you may or may not have to towel dry before all of these steps

OMG i have the same exact same problem. unfortuneately i have so many products in my hair normally and the only way i can wear it down is if i shower in the morning, cause once you sleep on my hair...its gone. what i use isa kabillion squirts of detangler, comb it and then comb through Curl Concious creme or Moraccan Oil lotion, then a defrizzing serum. I normally then just gel it and use a TON of hairspray....yes my hair gets a little crunchy but personally i think thats better than the frizzyness that it normally is. I feel ur pain...dont worry.
I feel your pain... In the morning i:

1.) shower with any shampoo

2.) use this 3-minute:

I have had naturally curly hair since I was born and i found the best product for me to use is Rave mousse all my cousins who ahve curly hair like 5 and my sisters use it cause it works soo well. It is only like 2 dollars at walmart , Hope i helped.
i use some gel called making waves, curl defining gel (it comes in a blue bottle) and its amazing!

it just holds the curls in, but doesn't make my hair feel hard.
Oh i have the same exact problem! ouch. yeah, for me I bought Herbal Essences pin straight shampoo and then after that I straightened my hair. It takes a long time, but it totally works! :)
Carols Daughter works really really well. But the product from Carols Daughte that is the best is the Hair Milk it makes my curls so curly.
I can understand with this question. What i do is to spray some conditioner into my hair and it will help it from friz
I have the same problem u should use Tresemme , Pantene , Garnier Fructis and the Green Sunsilk
