A styling option for naturally curly hair (type 3C)?

I typically wear my hair down or up in a bun. I was wondering if I could do a wet-set every night after my workout. When I workout my hair gets wet and sweaty, could I do a co-wash and then wet-set it under hair dryer for an hour or two every night? Would this damage my hair? I'm trying to grow it out long so I need styling options that won't damage my hair and promotes growth.A styling option for naturally curly hair (type 3C)?
Any time heat is used on hair it can damage it. Use a conditioner, one with heat protection. To prevent over drying your hair, you might want to test whether your hair is dry or not at a shorter intervals than the times you mentioned.
